When did you start to feel tired in the beginning?

I am a little over 5w and I am so tired - this is my 2nd so maybe being a FTWM and chasing around my DS is starting to get to me, but today I just want to pass out
I also just feel very weird - i can't describe it but I just feel off somehow
When did you start to feel tired in the beginning and how long did it last?
TIA

Re: When did you start to feel tired in the beginning?

I am also 5w and extremely tired. My DS is 4 and after playing with him for 30 minutes I am ready to pass out. I can't even concentrate. I thought it was because I was going to bed late but that isn't the case anymore. Now I'm thinking because I get up twice at night to use the bathroom... IDK but it's killing me! Chat Icon I would also like to know when will I get my energy back?!

Mine started at 5 weeks and has been on and off since. Sometimes feel like I can't drag myself out of bed. It is better on nights where I don't get up more than once.

I felt like the Clairitin commercial where the person is in a fog for the whole first trimester! It is not easy growing a baby, working full time and taking care of a toddler! It did get better, but I am still in bed by 9:30 almost every night.

Re: When did you start to feel tired in the beginning?

I was exhausted from 5-11 weeks. It gradually got better as I got into my second trimester.

I know what you mean when you say you just feel off...I just cried during most of that time because I just wanted to feel like myself again. I felt like I just wanted to crawl out of my skin! It did get better though and now Im 17 weeks and I feel pretty normal again.

Everyones obviously different, but it should get better.

I think my hardcore exhaustion started around 7 weeks and it definitely lasted into my 2nd tri. At 15w I was still exhausted, but then it eased up. Now that I'm in my 3rd tri, I definitely am more lethargic, but nowhere near how it was in the beginning.

When did you start to feel tired in the beginning?

I was exhausted immediately, even before I knew I was pg. Besides AF being late, the exhaustion was the other indication that perhaps I needed to take a pregnancy test. I guess that means it started around 4-5 wks for me.

When did you start to feel tired in the beginning?

Started for me at around 4-5 weeks-needed a LONG nap everyday...did not end until I hit the 13 week mark, and it was like I had a sudden burst of energy, and it hasn't stopped since!

It was probably around 5 weeks. I didn't know I was pregnant (in complete denial and wouldn't take a test). But at the end of the day I was in tears because I was so tired after taking care of my twins all day.
