Thanks ladies! It makes me nuts that every ped has a different thought on when to introduce foods-- esp when the different ped's in my DD's practice cant even agree!!

Truthfully, I've been doing my own research and I use wholesome baby foods.com for a lot of it. It is hard to hear so many different theories. Oh we started at 8 months and he loves it, we also started cheese at this point.

Our ped says 9 months. Our older said had a milk protein allergy as a baby, so at 9 months, we started giving him rice milk yogurt.
