When did you give your baby eggs?
I started at around 6 months, first just the yolk, and then introduced the white a couple weeks later (the white has proteins that are harder to digest). I usually soft/medium boiled the egg and mashed it all up. (I think some people say hard-boiled only, so it's up to you). It's one of DD's favorite foods.

Ask your ped, because they all feel differently about it. Ours said we could introduce egg yolks at 9 months and whole eggs at a year.

Can't remember the yolk, but I know I decided to give the whites around 11 1/2 months because I wanted to know if he'd have a reaction eating his birthday cake at his party.
