When did you DC get their 2 year molars???
And how bad was it for them. Just wondering because Paige woke up crying last night, which usually never happens. she is 23 months

Oooh that could be it! DS is just a few months but I know my oldest niece woke up screaming a few times with hers. She might have a low fever I think as well??? The peds say to give tylenol I think... Maybe there are related topics below you can read?

my dd is 2 1/2 and she just got them. While I was brushing her teeth one morning I looked in the back and noticed that her molars were breaking through the skin. She was crying and waking up at night for weeks. My ped. said it was very odd that she was getting them so late, but every kid is different.

DS is 27 months and has gotten 3 out of four in the last 2 months. He has been waking a lot at night, complaining about his teeth. None of his other teeth had any effect on him.

At Jack's 2 year appt (well really 25 mos) he had the 2 bottom ones in. I'd say the other 2 came in last month 26mos. It was horrible to tell you the truth. It was the only time teething really had him wake up crying in pain. All his other teeth were a like nothing compared to this

DD is just about 2 1/2 and one just popped through last week. She hasn't cried about it/them but she is definitly a little more on edge.

15-18 months. by 19 months all 4 of them were in. (ps. he had 16 teeth at a year)

My DD is 23 months too and is cutting them right now. She has been drooly and constantly chewing on things. It started with night waking, so that could be what your DD is going through.

DS is 26 months and one has popped through on top fully. Two others are just starting to poke through, and the last one is still not out..
As the other posters said, my son has also been MISERABLE lately because of this - he hardly wants to eat, is drooling nonstop, is REFUSING to nap, and nighttime sleeping is erratic at best 
I can't wait for them to be OUT already .. I want my happy , good sleeper back

Kaitee was around 9 or 10 months when she got them. She had 16 teeth on her first birthday and cut 2 more (making 18 teeth) 1 week after her first birthday. By 13 or 14 months she had all her teeth.
Brooke cut her first set of molars in (3 of 4 of them) September. The 4th molar cut right after her first birthday. So she would have been 11 and 12 months old when they cut through.
Brooke has 16 teeth and is cutting the last 2 bottom molars right now. I don't think the last 2 on top are cutting through yet.
