2 months sounds good to me I was just anticipating this summer. My parent's just put in a new pool out east and I can't wait to get him in there even though he's not even born yet

I'm going to an indoor water park this week. My daughter is 7 mos. and the pediatrician told me NOT to take her in the kiddie pool--too many toddlers wearing diapers and god-knows-what is in the pool. He told me to take her in with me in the big pool and that would be fine.

Will you all take your infants in regular outdoor pools this summer? I keep wondering if the water'll be too cold???

Jack started swimming/pool lessons early. We started around 11 weeks but we live in Florida and all of our friends have pools and we spend 8 months out of the year at the pool or beach.
It is truely amazing what he could do in the water early and what he can do now :) He's already been swimming a bunch this year.
