Hi My name is Melissa and I have a cant wait to decorate for christmas problem.
I just won on ebay santa salt and pepper shakers. I cant wait to put them out.
I also got some decorate stockings to hang.
I am addicted to buying decorations because I cant wait to start decorating for christmas.

It was weird to be in the mall this weekend and see the the Santa workshop set up and Santa walking around all suited up. I heard this kid walking behind us say "Isn't too warm for Santa?"

We put the tree up after Thanksgiving dinner at our house. Strangely, we actually do it with DH's Jewish parents and not my Christian parents. They really look forward to it!

Probably after Thanksgiving! My DH and I go with another couple every year the Sat. of Thanksgiving weekend and chop down our Christmas tree.

i have to keep an eye on my dh he wants to take the fall stuff down and put the christmas deco up now. especially after going to party city today and hearing there holiday music. but i agreed to let him start thanksgiving weekend. i usually like to wait untill the first week of december and them leave it up untill about jan 7

Prob weekend after thanksgiving.. With the baby due right around christmas I dont want to wait too long, but I doubt i'm putting up a tree this year, cause i dont think i'll have the energy to take it all down in january with a newborn.... so just a few decorations here and there i'll do.

TODAY- well I am only going to put the lights on the bushes I am NOT turning them on until Dec 1st, but Im sick and tired of decorating ( I have about 15 bushes and big ones) them in the cold and my fingers are freezing- I cant stand gloves and decorating. No lawn stuff until Dec 1, I dont want the neighbors to be like
