Am I supposed to feel crappy after a shot?

I feel headachy and I had a belly issue a few minutes ago.

I suppose if it goes away, I'll be fine..

I went to Jamba Juice and got a shot..

this is going to get expensive..

I never got a headache but it does make my tummy feel kind of funky. I got the "ice cubes" of the organic wheatgrass at Wild By Nature. I thaw 2 2x a day and shoot them. I am sure JJ is $$!

i also got the frozen shots from Whole Foods but my new acupuncturist suggested for the first time I try fresh. Wasn't too bad, they give you a wedge of orange after. She also suggested one shot every other day.

Maybe tomorrow I will give the frozen shots a try.

I know I will never keep up with the cost of JJ..also, the calories of their smoothies..i don't need the temptation.

I have been using the frozen Evergreen Wheatgrass shots from Whole Foods, and for the first week or two I felt weird after drinking them, but now I am fine, I have also never been so regular!!!

those are the ones I got too. I guess for a few days any d-tox type thing can make you feel weird.

That and changing my diet..laying off of caffeine, booze..fun..ya know..could make anyone feel crappy.

I feel better now, but I have a headache. I'll take something for that.

I will do the frozen ones and see how that goes.
