How much wheatgrass is needed to lower FSH?
I got some organic wheatgrass pills, they are 500 mg each. The bottle says to take 10 per day. That seems like a lot. I cannot imagine drinking it even the pills smell nasty.

I did two shots of frozen a day.
Fresh is best. Frozen second.
I dont knwo about pills.
I did the shots for 10-14 days I think.
My FSH wa sthe lowest it had ever been after.

I use the powder form (I cannot swallow a pill). It's only one teaspoon 2x a day. But, I use it only once a day. I cannot drink it straight in water, so I get organic apple cider (if I can find it) and I mix it together. The color is horrible, but it really hides the taste of the wheat grass powder. I also mix my fiber powder in there too, to kill two birds with one stone. I also use organic apple sauce, but sometimes the color is just too much to actually eat it.
Last FSH check it was 6.9 (down from 14).
wanted to add: my powder is organic and I got it as my local health food store. I keep it in the freezer (where they recommend keeping it). If you want the brand let me know.

I have been drinking two frozen shots a day for the last month and a half, I don't go back until July to get it checked,
is it ok, to take it throughout your cycle?

I did 1oz fresh shot every day for about 15 days, did the trick for me.
