Then I don't.
Then a few weeks later I look in the mirror, scream, and try to get the next appt for highlights!

Phew. I thought I was the only one. My hair stylist always laughs and says "Look how much it grew out, you should come in more often!" Yeah, when you start giving me free visits, then I'll show up more often! 
As for nails, I do my own at home. Once about every two weeks. Pedicures about every 2 weeks in the summer or if I have an event/going on vacation in the winter.
I don't wax... anything. I'm extremely fortunate to have eyebrows that just shape themselves.
