What's your personal preference?

For taming your eyebrows?

Pluck?
Wax?
Thread?
O' Natural?
Or some other method that I am not aware of?

ETA: I should have added another option for "combo" because sometimes I pluck, sometimes I wax and sometimes I thread. It all depends on where I am and how bad the eyebrows get!

Wax. And I've been doing it every two weeks since I was 12 years old. My eyebrows are pretty much out of control if I don't. Think of how much money I've spent on waxing my eyebrows over the years!! Chat Icon

Mine get bushy, so while I tweeze in between, I wax or thread. I hate threading cause it hurts, but I do think it lasts longer.

I get them waxed, then pluck minimally in between waxings. I'm indebted to my waxer forever. She's a brow goddess!!! Chat Icon

Re: What's your personal preference?

I used to wax but now I pluck sparingly - my eyebrows are thin...

I actually haven't touched them in 4 months... Chat Icon

I wish they were thicker.

wax. I have never tried to have then threaded and I cringe when anyone including myself plucks them. I have to beg the wax girl to wax it all, not pluck any. Chat Icon

Re: What's your personal preference?

i prefer threading. i just find with waxing it looks different every time even if I go to the same person and there is more room for mistakes like one shorter than the other lol. that happened to me alot so now i thread.

I *prefer* au natural--it's the cheapest & easiest!Chat Icon

Unfortunately, that leaves me with man-brows, so I pluck & only wax when it gets out of control. It so much faster to wax & have it look good for a while, but I hate have some strange later standing over me breathing on me. Chat Icon I have personal space issues. Chat Icon

Re: What's your personal preference?

I go for threading. I had a bad reaction everytime I had tem waxed - I guess I'm too sensitive.

Re: What's your personal preference?

After tweezing for years, wax a few times, I find threading to give the best result in shaping, long lasting, speed and cost.

I've never tried threading. Do they do it in sections, like waxing, or once for each side?

They do 1 eye at a time. Between the eye, top, bottom to form shap and outside corner. They will ask you at 1 point to hold you eyelid "down" and pull your forehead skin upward.

Threading is very quick. Only a few minutes.

I 've been O'natural all my life , all I do just clean it up a bit with a tweezer. I could never trust anyone to wax my brows or thread them and wouldn't do it myself. But that's just me. People constantly comment how beautiful my eyes and eyebrows are Chat Icon Chat Icon

I wax and then pluck in between to keep them in line.
