I barely eat any fruits or vegetables... so this year I am going to start eating at least 1 a day and going up from there until I am at the recommended level. This is going to be tough for me since I hate most vegetables and since most fruits and vegetables really bother my stomach.

Start eating better and hopefully lose about 15 pounds. I also want to start exercising, but I am going to do this in steps so I don't get overwhelmed!!
