Whats the trick with parmesan crusted chicken?
I tried to make it last night and the cheese just slid off when I flipped it in the pan. Any suggestions.

I bake it in the oven and don't flip it at all.
50/50 cheese and bread crumbs, coat with mayo first, then the cheese/bread crumbs...
i bake it at like 425 for about 20-25 minutes or until done.

I did it differently. I guess I read the recipe wrong. I mixed the cheese with the mayo, spread it on the chicken then rolled in breadcrumbs. Baked, no flipping. Still, it was awesome, I loved it.

I do the same as you, mix the greated parmesan cheese with the mayo (that is what my recipe says) & then dip into the bread crumbs. I bake in the oven, no flipping for more then 30 minutes (gets golden brown).
