What's the earliest DPO you have ever tested?
I tested today at 4dpo  Whats worse is, I KNEW it would be positive because I still have hcg in my system from an Ovidrel injection! So, I took it knowing it would be positive and couldn't even get excited about it!   So stupid.........

So what was it like to see a positive result? (Even though you know it's not real??) I can't even imagine what it will look like to see 2 lines since they're always stark white for me
I usually try to hold out till 12dpo, but I actually never make it that long before AF shows (stupid LPD). Twice on 11dpo (10 day LP), I've gotten the test out, only to get AF right when I'm about to test.

 that must be such a horrible feeling getting ready to test and getting AF at that moment! 
Anyway my positive was so bittersweet The way I justify is.. at least now I know those stupid things work!  but yea, I think it's easier to see a BFN than to see a false BFP ........ It's kind of like- I'd rather not see the cake, than see the cake and be told I can't eat it..

Yup, it's kind of like a big FU from AF. 
Well I hope when the trigger shot is out of your system, you'll still be seeing a BFP!!!

omg 4 dpo.....that is pretty early....
The earliest I ever took it was 12 dpo.

In my defense, I KNEW it would be a false positive! Realistically I am planning to test at either 9 or 10dpo. I will try and hold out for 10dpo........

Last cycle I tested at 3dpo knowing full well it would not rather COULD not be positive. This time I'm trying to hold out till 12dpo.
Although yesterday during a nap I had a dream I opened one of the $ tree tests and took the little white pouch out of the box but then stopped myself from actually testing. I woke up and was like "Seriously, I'm testing in my dreams now???!!!!"
