what's the earliest
that you should test? I know you shouldn't test until AF is late... but what is the earliest a HPT will detect?

Well, I think 10DPO would be the earliest though its really not recommended.

i have heard of people getting a bfp as early as 8dpo, but if you can hold out til at least 12dpo its much more likely you'd get a bfp.

it depends when implantation happens.. theres really no set DPO that works for everyone!!!

Exactly, the rule of thumb is once implantation occurs it takes approx 2 days for a detectable amount of hcg to build in your system and show on an hpt.
