What's safe to take for constipation??

I take one colace every night before bed and I eat fiber gummy supplements (I eat like 6 or 7 a day, not just two - I had problems with constipation before getting pregnant so this was always part of my routine). It really helps.

Gummies sound good but I'm worried too much fiber will make it worse...I guess I gotta up the water too although I'm already drinking like 120oz a day!

Benefiber!! I swear by it. Its the only thing that worked. I put it in tea, juice, whatever. Once a day- 3 tbsp. Colace did nothing for me.

Thanks everyone - I think I am going to try a combination of things because it is getting really bad - 8 days now!!! (sorry for TMI) - I was prone to this before becoming pregnant so maybe i should have expected it! On my way to CVS...
