I don't know that I am out of control with anything - I think I am pretty average. I get a manicure every 2 weeks, and not at the cheaper salons, but other than that I guess maybe clothes, shoes and bags although with those things I think I am pretty average or actually buy less than the majority of people . . . .

Me three. Having a baby on the way changes a lot.
I guess I don't scrimp on my nails (at least not yet) but I just get a regular manicure but I've cut back to every 2 weeks instead of every week and I get 1 pedicure a month instead of 2.
I also won't scrimp on bags. I just cannot wear a fake purse, just can't do it. So that said I don't buy many but I did splurge on a real Kate Spade diaper bag.....with a friend's discount though so that helped.

Count me 4....
With DH paycut, the baby on the way....but honestly, we've always been pretty frugal. He's not materialistic AT ALL...doesn't care about names or even new clothes...if it fits and it's clean, he wears it. He does not like change.
HE splurged on my coach bag for Christmas last year. That's it. I got him XM. I can go either way with a bag...I LOVE LOVE LOVE Coach, but can't/don't buy it.
Food...we eat the basics
Love my pedis (skip the manis--I have no patience to wait for them to dry and I destroy them) but those are gone too now. I need one desperately-UGH.
Like Julie....I can really live without all that stuff. A trim for my hair is a splurge, and that's $13.

We are trying to save money because we are buying a house but I still go to get my nails done. That is the one luxury that I afford my self. It makes me happy

LOLOLOLOL. I mean I'll buy good cuts of meat at the butcher / grocery store. I know a lot of people that never eat steak or lamb chops or fish because it's so expensive. I buy whatever I want and don't consider the price (well to a degree).
I am the same way.
I spend TONS of money at the grocery store- choice meat, crab legs, imported tuna- all organic, etc- that's what most of my $$$ goes too.
that and having great sushi...
clothes or bags- i'm sort of over- i have all the bags I want!

I really don't think I have any major extravagances. We try to save money as much as possible. I haven't had a manicure or pedicure since my wedding. I save them for very special occasions. I like to buy myself nice clothing, but try to get sales. I don't buy designer bags b/c I don't care about them (I wouldn't mind if I got one as a gift, but I'm not going to spend $200 on a pocketbook for one season). I just got my hair highlighted, but my mom treated, and I won't go anywhere too expensive for it. I've never been to a spa/had a professional massage (someone please tell DH this would be a wonderful chanukah gift!)
We spend a lot on meat, but that's b/c we're kosher and kosher meat is $$$$!

Me too. I love pampering with manis/pedis and massages but I feel guilty, so massages are maybe 2 times per year.

My hair sort of. My friends and I go into a nice salon in the city a few times a year to get it cut and styled. Otherwise lately I've been depriving myself of everything.

dont think i have any - not a makeup gal dont do my hair - i even cut my own hair have since i was 12. i would have to say every once in awhile we go for the good meat at the supermarket but only when we can afford it.
not into bags or clothes - i agree if it is clean and fits it is good enough.
geesh - guess i am dull
