Last night I made:
Swedish Meatballs
Baked Clam Dip
Chicken Fingers
Chili Cheese Dip
We're also having the usual..chips, pretzels, dips. My friend is bringing over a thing of mozz. sticks, chicken wings, etc... and my other friend is bringing a spinach dip. Plus Polish Kelbasa...yummy.

Our menu for our new years eve party will be:
a bread bowl with spinach dip
a hero from Waldbaums
lots of chips and dip
to drink:
a frozen grasshopper mix
a frozen orange cranberry drink (both from Target)
and a champaigne toast
this is our first New Years party we are hosting - how does the menu sound?
(our friends are the chip and beer type - Im trying to expand the selection)

Along with hour d'evors pot salad, mac salad, spinach dip w/ pumpkernickel bread and the usual chips and dip...
Im making my famous champagne punch...and everything else is BYOB!

I have a case of champagne.... will make a punch with cranberry juice, or sherbert, and frozen berries.
Wines, cider, juice...

We're having a bunch of people over, but we're just doing appetizers. We all figured if we get really hungry, we'll order a pizza. The place by me is open, so we'll see. I made a tomato and mozzarella salad, we have various hors de' veurs (sp?), spinach dip, veggies, chips, dips, and everyone else is bringing something, so hopefully it's enough.

DH & I are having dinner home then going to a party.
I went to the butcher and bought this Vealchop stuffed with filet minon stuffed with Port Tenderloin,stuffed with Chicken - it's huge!. There is cheese inbetween the layers.
I'm making wild rice and sugar snap peas for sides.

I made two types of past (marinara, and garlic & oil with green and yellow squash), a big salad, and chicken.
And I bought, stuff for an antipasto platter, tons of cheeses, and then for hors duerves, the mixed box, chicken spring rolls and shrimp tempura.
I've also got tons of chips and goodies.
