1/2 eggpant parm hero and a small spring mx salad with balsamic dressing
i wish my 1/2 was a whole!
they certainly don't make hero sandwiches in CT quite like they do in NY....

And no, not heated. In fact, it's been in my lunch bag since I made it at 7:30 this morning! Oh ok there was an ice pack in the lunch bag
