Who knows. DH said "take out some chopped meat for dinner tonight". I didn't ask any questions. I'm scared for what could end up on my plate.

Stuffed 3 –cheese chicken (baked split chicken breasts stuffed with a mix of ricotta, shredded mozz, parm, and a little lemon pepper seasoning, basil and oregano…yum!)
Rice (we have some leftover…)
Veggie…maybe Green Beans. I usually do asparagus in the oven with this chicken but DH did that last night….
