Hmmm....whats everyone having for dinner tonight?
I'm thinking of grilling a steak with loaded baked potatoes, and a tomatoe and mozarella salad.
I made a key lime pouund cake earlier for dessert........

Re: Whats for dinner???
My MIL is "babysitting" me since I can't move due to my foot. She's been in the kitchen cooking I don't know what for dinner! But it does smell good.

Re: Whats for dinner???
I love it too I thought up this recipe one super-busy night. just chop up 1 bunch each of scallions and parsley, press 2 garlic cloves, add salt, and add 8 oz goat cheese. mix to combine. Fry up chicken cutlets as usual (until they're 80% cooked), transfer to a baking sheet, mound the herb/cheese mixture on top and bake at 350 until the chicken is cooked through

We're having ribs (cooked in the crock pot then thrown on the grill), homemade mac n cheese and corn muffins. Unfortunately my stomach is not feeling any of it but hopefully DH and DD enjoy it.
