Whats for dinner
I am making pasta with a goat cheese sauce with shrimp, asparagus and mushrooms. Hmmm, can't wait.

That sounds really good, and I don't even like goat cheese!
I am making tomato sauce, which I think we will have with Buitoni Light Raviolis and a side salad.

Nuthing... maybe a mircrowave cookie (yummy) Dh is flying in tomorrow and I'm too excitied and nervous (that they will break and be delayed) that I can't. The benefit of having a stressfull eating Mother I can't eat when I'm stressed.

DH has been cooking all day - so we're having his homemade eggplant parmigiana with fresh ricotta & mozzarella.
Except now I want the goat cheese & asparagus dish....sounds yummy!

Brianne's dinner last week inspired me....so we had fried spaghetti, and leftover chicken cutlets. And I added a little ricotta..mmm..mmm..good!!!
