Just curious...is it like lo mein or is it crunchy? also do u put anything in it besides butter? I have to try this.

I think it's funny there is so much interest in it.
When I say leftover, it's already been cooked aand has gravy on it. The butter just makes it tastier and for some reason, frying it makes it taste really yummy.

We had salmon on the bbq, green beans with garlic and olive oil, and carrots cooked in a little maple syrup with walnuts. Yummy!
