Mashed butternut squash.

We are treating ourselves and going out to dinner After the day I had yesterday, I NEED IT! Plus, one of my students gave me a 50 dollar american express gift check today for the holidays, so I thought we would put that baby to good use right away!

Thanks, last minute change, I decided to roast in the oven. Too lazy to go downstairs and get the rotisserie.
