Well, since DH is on nights and we have a newborn, we just had breakfast and I had a corn muffin.
For dinner we are having Wendy's...it is too hot to cook and we are out of propane for the grill.

I made spicy grilled chicken topped with a Sweet Corn, Tomato and Avocado Relish and Rice A Roni. I had left over corn on the cob so I decided this would put that to good use.

We made paninis on our panini maker - leftover grilled chicken, fresh mozzarella, roasted peppers, arugula and pesto...yum!
