What's For Dinner?!
i didnt see Tania's thread for it....
i'm putting together a cheese plate.
i just got soem granny smith apples, strawberries, assorted crackers to go with the cheeses i bought.
-Drunken Goat (immersed in red wine)
-Port Wine
-Italian Talegio
-Holland Red Gouda

nope. just me and dh. once he gets home from work.
i LOVE cheeses i couldnt settle on just one or two....
but now im wishing i had gotten a regular goat cheese as well.

OMG!! They came out sooooooo good!!!!!! They even had that "golden brown" crust that you always see in the recipe books!!! YUMMMY!!!!!!!!! come to think of it, i should've taken a picture, they looked so damn good!!! and tasted scrumptuous!!!!!!!

when i was in Vegas at Craftsteak they had the BEST ones i haev EVER tried EVER!
they were cheesy and garlicy!
heaven. id go back just for them!
