What yogurt for baby?
My granddaughter is 10 mos. old & the dr. said she can start giving her yogurt. What kind do you use? Do you give them plain greek yogurt (and mix it with fruit) or the Yobaby yogurt? Thanks!

Anything whole milk. I've done yobaby and stonyfield. Some don't like yobaby bc it has added sugar.

With the boys we always used yo baby. The twins are 11 months and new to yogurt, I have been buying Organic Valley plain grassfed yogurt at Whole Foods and using unsweetened applesauce or fresh fruit to sweeten it myself. I am not opposed to buying yo baby on the weeks I can't get to Whole Foods. I think any whole milk yogurt is fine.

Yo baby too, although I also gave ds1 Greek yogurt with fruits as well.

YoBaby -- it's made with whole milk while the YoToodler is made with 2%. The YoBaby comes is 3 different flavor combos -banana/mango, apple/blueberry, and peach/pear.

i use stonyfield organic whole milk plain. babies need the fat and greek usually has 0% fat. some yogurts that are geared towards babies have way too much sugar. I buy plain and add fruit if DD wants.

Agreed, the Yobaby had too much sugar for my liking, I smashed up some frozen fruit and plopped it into whole milk plain yogurt

We give whatever yogurt we have. DD has YoBaby, but she LOVES yogurt, so sometimes those are just too small. I also have the YoPlait ones and she downs those.
I just make sure it's not the fat free, sugar free kinds, so there's no aspartame or anything in it.
ETA: We also love the Trader Joe's yogurts, but we don't shop there so often.

Yobaby comes in plain.
This is what we use. I flavor it myself with mushed up strawberries, raspberries or blueberries. No need for added sugar

I used Yo Baby. I liked the ones that had fruits and veges blended into it because i felt like she never got enough veges

I use either stony field or fage Greek yogurt with the blueberries or strawberries ( not the one with honey)
