actually, if we got the master bath it would give us 3 bathrooms in the house. we have one on the first floor and then we are going to add either one or two more.
If the one on the ground level is a full bath--with shower then I'd say you're fine with the 2 full baths.
If its a half bath on the ground floor, I'd say add the other full bath, no matter how long it takes to finish.
The # of bathrooms also increase your taxes so if you don't or won't NEED it, then I wouldn't do it...but if you DO need it, then I'd do it.
We cannot survive in our house with one full bath because DH and i get ready at the same time for work. Down the road, throw a few kids in the mix and we'd be DYING with one full bath...
