What would you normally do? POLL
I guess I think of these things when I'm on LIW because of all the brides posting things for their wedding.
If you don't like something they posted, for example a tiara, jewlery or something like that and you think it's hideous or not your type, what would you write?

If she is totally in loooove with something and I think its the ugliest thing ever, I won't answer. No need to upset her!

if she's asking for opinions - honesty is always the best policy.
if she's just sharing what she bought, (dress, tiara, etc)....and i didn't like it at all, i just won't post on the thread.

i don't write of em.. i mean if i really do not like it then i avoid that post at all cost. but if there's a poll then i'll submit my entry. and if i do write something (finally) i just say i'm not too crazy about it.. not my taste / style.. something to avoid a meow fight.

If it's something they can change or haven't bought yet, I'd tell the truth (albeit diplomatically). If it's somethign that's already done, I don't see the point in voicing my opinion.
ETA: I wouldn't lie to them, I just wouldn't answer if it came to that.

I do both - tell them the truth or just dont answer- it just depends on whether or not I feel like battling that day b/c when you give your honest opinion the claws come out!
