What would you do? Sitter and pay situation
I paid my sitter 50a day for my dd. When my ds came along I started paying 75 a day for both. So the 50 is for the baby the 25 for my todler. In spetember the sitter will have my dd and Ds on MOndays all day. On Tuesday wednesday and Thursday i wil lrop them both off then she will wakk her 1 1/2 blocks away to her nursery school. She will be there form 8-2. She will pick her up at 2 and then I will get them both at 330. So on days she has schioll she wilbe teher form about 645-8 and then from 2-330
My mom watches them on Fridays.
So we never discusessed pay. Do I just continue to pay her 75 a day for both=1200 a month or do i ask her what she wants for teh drop off pick up days and just pay teh 75 for mondays? I love my sitter and her husband they both watch them so really i have no problem paying the 1200. Shoudl i just pay her inSpetmeber teh full amount and see what she says?

If you have no problem paying the full amount and can afford it, I would give it to her.
If you just start off paying her that- she probably isn't going to say anything since that is what you've been giving her. Maybe just shave off a couple bucks a day- which adds up in the end.

iIf you can afford it, it's VERY nice of you to continue to pay the same, but there's a big difference IMO to doing drop-off/pick-up and watching a toddler all day. Maybe give $50 for infant and $10 or $15 for toddler vs $25. That may not seem like a lot daily, but over time, figure for a 180 day school year, that's a savings of $2700 or $1800 accordingly. JMO of course
