what was i thinking
so I fell down the steps wednesday night and yes I have some rugburn and a little sore, I get the smart idea well I haven't worked out in about 2-3 weeks let me start this morning. I go downstairs and I see that ON DEMAND has free workout videos , well I try a beginners pilates and I think I through out my back this morning

Yes i know a crappy week, but i am looking forward to tomorrow. We are driving to flanders nj tomorow to a friendss house, i am looking forward to several glasses of wine

be careful of the dreaded wine hangover - those can be brutal i've heard...(i never liked the taste of wine)...
