what vitamins do you take?
my DD is 13 months and i am still nursing twice a day. just ran out of my prenatals and it got me thinking about which vitamins to buy next. more prenatals? regular centrum? i do plan on nursing for another few months. also, if you arent pregnant or planning to become pregnant for another few years, is it important to have DHA in the vitamins?

I take prenatals, dha, calcium and vitamin C.

what vitamins do you take?
I am taking prenatals (Target brand), which I'll continue to take as long as I'm breastfeeding.

my doc told me to take prenatals as long as im breastfeeding. I've been taking the vitafusion gummy prenatals but the last bottle i bought was the target up & up gummy prenatals. cheaper!

oh, and i plan to keep taking prenatals even after i stop nursing. a lot of women do for the hair/nails benefit :)
