when i remember i take the childrens flintstones with iron since the gummy prenatals dont have any iron

Pre-natals, Calcium, Probiotics, Vitamin C, and sometimes Juice Plus. DH says I take too many vitamins.

I take a multivitamin and calcium. I bought folic acid, but when I read the back, I'd be taking more than the recommended doseage b/c it's in the multivitamin.

I just take a women's multi that includes folic acid, and supplement with fish oil pills.

I take a pre-natal, evening primrose oil before ovulation, and flaxseed oil after ovulation.

I took extra Folic Acid the month before I got my BFP. Supposedly sperm likes an acidic Uterus lol
