What vegetables first?
We are ready to start vegetables this week. My doctor said to start with green.
What did you start with and after green, what did you do?

What vegetables first?
My ped didn't have us do one color at a time, so we started with sweet potatoes, and then did green beans, peas and butternut squash.

We didn't go by colors either, but the first green one we did was peas because I think they are a bit more palatable than green beans.

I started with fruits and veggies at the same time.
I think my first was apple or bananas.
My DS hates the green veggies.

our ped said to start w yellow stuff, but we went w the baby food books as well.
started w carrots, sweet potato, peas, yellow squash & zucchini, and we also did fruits; apples, banana, pears, avocado.

I didn't start with greens first. We did butternut squash and sweet potato first. I will do avocado and green beans next. I hold off on peas because I found them to be gassy when I gave them to my older kids. I don't do carrots until later as well because of the nitrates.
I also started fruits around the same time. Did bananas, apples, pears. Going to try mango and plums soon.

What vegetables first?
We never followed a specific pattern but did the most universally liked foods: squash, carrots, bananas, peaches, pears, sweet potatoes, and apples. From there we have done peas, grn beans(both my kids hate these lol), beets, mango, yogurt, berries, and so on. We have a CSA so I usually make him whatever we get in that our what looks good at the farmer's market. He is loving beets, zucchini/tomatoes, and mangos right now. It's so cheap and easy to make!

Ped had us do green first and alternate green and orange/yellow (since he said it could give skin orangy color.)
We did fruit after we got through the basic veggies.
