What to gift our tutor for holidays?
I have one reading and one math tutor who comes to our house once per week to enrich our kids. We pay one person $50 and the other person $100 per session. Both are elementary school teachers who specialize in subject matter.
Should I just give them a crisp $50 and $100 bill for Christmas? AMEX gift card?
I was considering getting them a gift certificate to my favorite spa but I don't know if they are spa people. I know not everyone likes getting massages or mani/pedis.

I think cash is the way to go. No one is ever disappointed with it or tries to return or re-gift it

I was a tutor for many years and it is true that anything is appreciated. But extra cash would be awesome!
