What to do with pears/apples?
My school has a snack program and we have so many leftover fruits at the end of the day.
Right now I have 10-12 pears- getting soft.
Anything I can make with them or with the apples that are sometimes leftover?

I love pears with rum. My mom bakes them in a rum sauce with cloves. Serve it with vanilla ice cream - yum

One of my favorite desserts is pear and chocolate crumble, its amazing served with ice cream...this recipe is metric, but its easy to fake the measurements.

I love pears or apples in salads.
Pears, walnuts, dried cranberries and goat cheese (feta is good too) with mixed greens makes an awesome salad!
