What time of day do you test opk?
Hi ladies...
Really sorry if this has been asked, but I wanted to confirm what is the best day to test for the opk? I am
On cd 8... I did one this morning with first morning urine... Should I do it again later or tomorrow morning?

I test at 1:45pm but that's what works for me. I heard between 11am - 3pm is the best time of day.

if using smiley fmu if you are using the cheaper tests afternoon is better

Just make sure you're testing once a day, never more than 24 hours apart. Some tests you should use FMU (CBE digital) while others you should not. Read the instructions.

This. The CBE are the ONLY opk that say its okay to use fmu. I tested around 2pm which is the time you are most likely to pick up on your surge.

Like people said depends on the tests. LH which is what the test detects is synthesized in the morning so MOST tests you should not use FMU. . the earliest you should test is 10 am, afternoon is generally considered best. CBE like folks said you have to use FMU. Some women get short surges and should test more than once a day, particularly when you are older. . do your tests have instructions?
