If DS doesn't nap (which is the norm nowadays), it's about 7:30 pm. If he does nap, between 8:00 and 8:30.

But we are early risers in this house.
Both DH and I are out the door by 6:15 am.
Kids are usually up by 6am, often earlier.

Same here. DS only naps if he happens to be in the car during what used to be 'naptime'.

My DD is 3 1/2 and usually goes to bed around 8-8:30 but I am going to start putting her to bed around 7:30. She fell asleep last week at that time and slept until 8:30 am!!! And we had a much happier day. She doesn't nap so I think she needs the extra hour.

DS is 2.5 years old and will go down between 9-9:30 when he naps. When he doesn't nap he goes down at 8:30.

DS is 13 months and he goes to bed between 7-7:30 most nights.
DD when she was a toddler went to bed about 8-8:30 but she was a late sleeper so it wasn't a problem for her to go down later but DS is always up by 7 so he needs the early bed time.

DD is 2.5 and is usually in bed by 8:20, 8:30 at the latest....she's up by 6:30am at the latest usually too.

I try to get her to bed around 8. But since she's been in the toddler bed she will get up a TON...sometimes won't actually go to sleep until 9:30pm.
Up between 6:30-7:30, naps 2-2.5 hours

Christopher goes to bed late, 10-10.30pm. But that's bc DH leaves for work at 9.30pm
He naps 3hrs a day though
