Usually 5ish. I try to eat by 5:45 - 6. Done cleaning by 7. As a disclaimer - I have 4 kids so I get easily distracted.

I usually start dinner sometime between 4:30-5:30 so that we can eat by 5:15-6:15.

During that one hour cooking and serving time, I am also continuously trying to clean up so there will be less to do after dinner.

However, the mess and dishes still takes about 1 full hour to do. (Probably, I'm not really sure I never timed it) It feels like all night though, since after dinner, we clean up slowly and only some dishes get done at a time.

i feel like cooking and cleaning takes up a lot of time.
usually start around 4 or 4:15, eat by 5:15... cleaned up and everything by 6:30ish.

i clean as i go so there is never a mess when im finished

it really depends when i get home. I would say I start at 545/6 most normal days we try to eat by 7, the Dh does all the dishes!

start any time between 6 and 6:30. eat some time between 7 and 8, depending on what I make. cleanup is about a half an hour but my MIL usually does the dishes while I get the baby ready (lucky for dh)

tonight I am just reheating a soup I made on Monday and cooking up some tortellini to go inside it.

dinner should be on the table by 7 and cleanup should be a breeze.

DH and I don't even get home until 6-6:30, so we usually don't eat until 7:30-8. On nights when we go to the gym after work, we don't eat until almost 9! I hate it, but we both have very busy schedules.

i start dinner as soon as i rush in through the front door. i usually will start cooking with my coat still on... yes, i need to better prep.

this is about 530
depending on the night and when i might have to stop everything to pick up SO from the train station... we'll have dinner at about 730

clean up is hit or miss
with homework, prep for the next day, walking the dog, sometimes i finish the clean up in the morning.

i'm always playing catch up

Depends what I am making.

DH is usually home by 6:30 so I start anywhere from 5-6.

It doesn't take too long to clean up....clear the dishes, rinse, dishwasher, wipe down counter and stove. DH usually helps so it goes fast.

depends when i get home and what I am making.

Mondays and Tuesdays i am usually home at 6:30, so i start at like 6:40pm. Wednesdays and Thursdays i dont get home till 8:50pm, so I try to do the slow cooker those days ro leftovers. I do my best to clean as I cook, but that doesn't always happen. But I have to say that I would not cook if I didn't have a dishwasher! lol.

I get out at different times depending on if i have class or not. normally i get out at 5, home by 5:45, and start dinner shortly after, eating by 630. i tend to cook quick meals during the week though.

I usually start around 4:30 5:00. Depending on what I am making we usually eat between 6-7.

DH usually starts because he gets home around 6, he can start then if it takes a long time, but he usually strats about 7 or 7:30. I get home about 7:40 & we usually eat around 8.

Clean up depends on what we make & what fits in the dishwasher, but I have to say, on Monday since i was home, I made sauce, meatballs, macaroni, salad, and salad dressing & it took me over 2 hours to clean. I had to take breaks, but it was two hours of actuall cleaning & I didn't empty the dishwasher or clean the salad spinner.

I try to clean as I go, but it's hard when you have multiple things going at once & the pots obviously need to be done at the end.

The days I cook usually by 5:30 we eat like 6:30 or 7pm, clean up feels like never! There's aways dishes I can't keep up

the earliest I start is 7:30. We usually eat late because DH just can't get his head around doing it.

I start when I get home... between 6:30 and 7:30 at night. I usually have a fair amount already prepped and ready or already cooked so we're good to go. I clean as I go and finish up after the cooking is done. I'm always done by bedtime for the boys!

I usually start around 5 5:30.. depending on what I'm making, we usually eat by 6:30 or 7. I make a lot of one pot dishes.. like noodles, or modify whatever leftovers I have into something new. I cleanup as I go.. I'm a little nuts about keeping clean while cooking, unless I making many things. So after dinneer, clean up is a snap

I start dinner at 5:30 or 6:30 (depending on whether it's a gym day), and it usually takes an hour to cook. I am terrible about not cleaning as I go along, but I'm trying to make a better effort. Cleanup takes about 20 minutes.
