what tests should I ask for?

Made my appt with by obgyn for November. Thatll be month 7 and she had said to come in after 6 months if I don't get pg. I'm in month 5 right now and I have pretty normal cycles and seem to O every month if the opks are correct. I'm just not pg yet.

Obviously she'll do blood tests and I'm going to request a SA for dh but is there anything else?

i think the blood tests and sa r good..only other thing i can think of is if u want a full immune test panel done

i am not sure if a ob will do that..my RE had us do it bc of my history

I just started seeing my RE. So far I have only had blood tests done. Next week, we are going for a HSG sonogram and SA.

I also went to my gyno on month 7 of trying, basically she said keep trying and come back in a few months if no bfp she gave me presriptions for blood test for cd3 and cd22 and SA and gave me the info on a hsg. Now i am on month 11 so i just went for my cd3 blood test and have a hsg scheduled for 2mrrw afternoon. Glad i went & learned what my next step was b.c this month i feel more calm even though the testing has begun. I think talking to your dr will make u feel better, i know it did for me.

I think CD3 blood work and a SA are a good way to start. I had routine sonos also because of my history of cysts. Not until I went to a RE did I also get a HSG test done.

I lied to OB/GYN and said it had been 12 months, but it was only 7. She ordered blood tests and a HSG and found nothing wrong, but because of age (34) sent me to a RE.
