What should I do next?
So DH and I had the two positive tests yesterday morning. Now what? Should I find a doctor right away or wait until I'm a bit further along? I am a little over 4 weeks (I know when we conceived).
My gyno is in the city but we live in NJ so I would like to find one closer to home. Is that the next step? How did you decide on a doctor?

find a Dr right away and make an appointment... they wont see you for a few weeks anyway!

I would say find an OB now. Make an appointment. They probably wont get you in right away. Oh prenatals if you're not on them yet!

thank you! I will start researching OBs in my area. A friend of mine is a nicu nurse in the hospital in our area so she should have some recommendations. 
and yes, I have been taking prenatals to prepare for TTC in the fall  we're a little early on our plans
