What photo websites will let me create a collage in a 5x7 size?

What photo websites will let me create a collage in a 5x7 size?
The only one I can find that lets me do a collage is shutterfly... and it's only an 8x10.
Or is there a way to create this on my own and upload it without ruining the file quality?
This is kind of what I mean. Although, I think making the edges of the inserted pictures a bit softer would be nice. I also don't like the placement of the little pics.. but, shutterfly didn't offer any movement in the formats they had. I made this on shutterfly..

WHoops!!! And I will go on record to say that you made the BEST collages. I posted them on parenting!
