What over the counter medicine do you use for...
Mucus in your throat? Ugh, It won't go away, and it is making me nauseous. Sorry for being gross.

airborne, dayquil/nyquil, and i rinse with saltwater to try and break it up (and i drink ALOT of diet soda and water)

you can always take Golden Seal Root--it dries up mucous really well.

Is it a cold or acid reflux? Is it ongoing? I had what I thought was a bad cold or allergies, and it turns out it was reflux. I feel your pain, it sux.

It happens once or twice a year, I don't think it is acid reflux. I can't hock a loogie like most people- it makes me throw up. SO the mucus just sits there and makes me nauseous.
Thanks for the tips, though. I will try them!

airborne is great! DH swears by it. I like Thera Flu because it works...knocks me out...I slepp like a A LOG!
