Everytime I walk past Abercrombie and the music is blasting I think "I'm getting old, I can't imagine shopping in there it's so noisy."
this one is right up at the top of the list, I remember when I had to go to Abercrombie and Fitch in Trump Tower to get my preppy bro a special Christmas gift. A very expensive (well to me, at the time...) button down collared shirt. WTH happened to that store?????????
#2 would be going to a Hall & Oates concert.... which I did tonight

I feel old when the "kids" in my office call moves like "Coming to America" a really old film. Which it is...but I remember seeing it in the cinema!
Also, my aching back makes me feel like a bloody old lady all the bloody time!!

Knowing my 20 year HS reunion is coming up in 2008!
Those "must be born before" signs in 7-11 for cigarettes
Having my kids at school not knowing who certain actors are/movies.

The fact that I go to bed by 11:30 on the weeknights. I used to stay up until 1:30 or 2 and get up the SAME time I do now with no problem. Now I NEED 7 hours of sleep. Before I could live on 4 or 5.

Nothing makes me feel old more than when I have people working for me that were born after I graduated from HS.
And the fact that I know none of the bands these days...I used to be able to rattle off any band to any song on the radio.

The noises/grunts I make when I get up off the couch or have to bend over to pick something up off the floor? 
When I catch myself saying " these kids today" ... or complaining about "their music" ... I feel like I should be in the 1950's and smashing Elvis Presley LP's!!!
Oh and a conversation DH & I had a few weeks ago ... college basketball was on and their was a kid whose last name was Jones and DH said, "That's Jim Jones' grandson" and I thought to myself, I'm sure some of "these kids today" don't even know who Jim Jones is ...

I could have written this myself.
That stupid song "Soulja Boy" is a prime example. I despise that mess of a song & wonder how these idiots get music contracts. I compare that trash to the music I grew up with & it doesn't even compare.

David's cousin who just got married and is now pregnant. She was just a baby when I met her 13 years ago!

The fact that I go to bed at 9:30pm and wake up at 5am. I used to go to bed at 5am, and only need 4 hours of sleep to feel refreshed. I can't seem to get enough sleep now.

Knowing that the 2nd grade children I taught the first year as a teacher, are now sophomores in college (hopefully)!

I find myself starting sentences with "this generation of kids..." and have officially made the quantum leap of being called miss to mam..the WORST
I can't bring myself to even turn the channel to MTV. I feel like it's almost like stumbling onto porn channel..I have no business watching it.

When I look forward all week to plans dh& I make for dinner &drinks, then when we're out all I could think about is getting into my pj's&sleeping!(at 8:30!)
being a mom
not having a clue about the latest fashion trends bc I spend too much time in sensible "mom" gear! (I used to be obsessed w/fashion!)
Losing my looks(this sounds so shallow) but when Im out-not having as many guys checking me out as I did 5 years ago lol.

1. When I look at the Celebrity Gossip board and don't recognize alot of the young actors
2. When I actually forget how old I am. I have to say to myself "I was born in 1971, so 2007 minus 1971 is...."
3. When someone is playing their stereo really loud in the car next to me and I think "Kids today!!"
