almost 2 months old..is it too late to send announcements?
my friend took a little longer to get them done (death in her FI family) so I should be getting my "finished" samples today via e-mail...
is it too late to send them out?

Nah, I would send them anyway. I sent mine out late also. I'm sure there are people on your list who haven't seen pictures...and it's always nice to get a birth announcement.
