Just curious... How many of your DH's go to your OB appts with you?

my dh only came to my 1st appointment, my triple screen at 13 weeks, and my level II. he works in the city so it would have been hard for him to make it to my appointments and for the most part they were pretty uneventful anyway.

DH works crazy hours M-F and can't do weekday appointments.
With Sarah I was still working, so I made most of the appointments for weekends so he was able to come.
With Andy I didn't want to take up weekend appointments from someone who was working and couldn't make weekday appointments, so he missed all but the 2 sonograms.

He tries to come to every one but his work schedule is difficult so he has missed one so far.

DH has only missed 2 appointmets so far. One because he was travelling (my sister came to that one) and the other was becuase he was waiting for the air conditioner repair man. Both VERY good excuses! Most of my appointments are after 7:00 PM so it is easier for both of us.

DH went to every single appointment with me and I was glad he did...he even came to my Glucose screening  and sat with me for an hour...
We now go to every doctor appointment for the baby together...except the few times I had to take her when she was sick...
We feel like we are in this together...
