Tummy Time???
I know very little little about babies unless it comes out of a textbook, My friend who has a 7 month old keeps mentioning tummy time, what is that exactly?

Its when you put the baby on their tummy! Usually you put a blanket down on the floor, put them on it and let them lift their heads - it strengthens their neck muscles and their arms - and eventually they will roll over.
My babies HATE tummy time!
