Before anyone else goes and orders, here is my PSA of the day.
I like most people thought this was amazing, so I ordered about $25 worth of brushes, etc to get the free shipping. My sister did as well.
Then I get a call from sister yesterday, that went like this:
Sister: "Hey, I'm in Jack's"
Me: "Ok, and. . ."
Sis: "Yeah, that ELF make-up we bought. "
Me: "Ok"
Sis: "It's here, for .99"
For those of you who don't know Jack's it's a step or 2 up from a $1 store.

They have them in Manhattan, I don't know if they have them on LI.
It was Jack's 99 cent store & then they'd have another floor with other discount things that were more than a $, but still cheap, and that part was just called Jack's.

I've only seen Jacks in NYC. There are .99 Jacks and regular Jacks - which carry better items.
