Sorry if TMI - Do you get your period during a certain time??
Like I ONLY get mine RIGHT before I got to bed or FIRST thing in the morning. I think maybe once or twice in my whole life has it happened in the middle of the day

funny question, but now that I think of it I almost ALWAYS get it first thing in the morning.... I always know AF is finally here because the excruciating cramps wake me up early
I think most people do have sort of a 'schedule' as to those things .. weird !
