I'm torn. I have a ritual every morning during the work week, where I stop in at Panera, have breakfast and coffee and just sit and do nothing for at least a half hour before my day begins.
It allows me to clear my brain and reflect on the things I need to get done that day.
I also practice yoga several evenings a week so I would say that is also a favorite time too!

My favorite time is when my kids go to bed. I love snuggling with them and then right after they go to sleep when it's all quiet. So from about 8:30-9:30pm.

Pulling into my driveway after a long day and a long commute and seeing my DD's face pressed against the door waiting for me to come in!
