There's a few things we only make homemade at Christmas time:
Italian rainbow cookies
Perogies
Italian pepper bread
Southern comfort punch
Perogies! I wish we were having perogies! I am going to have to get my mom to make these soon.

My in laws and I literally make hundreds each Christmas. I like the potato ones, but we do farmers cheese ones as well
